Overview As a Senior QA/QC CSA Engineer, you ensure on-site work complies with design documents, codes, and safety standards across high-tech facilities. You provide QA/QC support, perform inspections, and analyze process data to confirm standards or identify deviations. You'll drive improvements in methods and procedures while preserving safety in semiconductor, pharma, and datacenter environments. This role focuses on lot-to-site quality, regulatory compliance, and timely NCR closure within a collaborative project team.
Responsibilities- Review subcontractor work to verify alignment with design documents and codes
- Validate that final installations meet code requirements, including clearances and emergency egress
- On-site safety oversight and enforcement of company safety policy
- Identify and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track closure
- Maintain clear documentation of inspections, audits, NCRs, and ensure timely reporting
Key requirements- Architectural Degree (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (minimum)
- Journeyman Certificate (acceptable alternative)
- At least 10 years' CSA experience in high-tech facility construction with QA/QC emphasis
- Proficiency in reading/interpreting design documents, building codes, and project specs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and project specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and BIM360
- Experience with field inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of cleanroom/dry room environments (preferred)
