Overview In this role you will lead the Site Quality Management function, shaping enterprise-wide quality practices and driving product reliability. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable quality outcomes while managing risk and ensuring program requirements are met. Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection
- Direct recruitment, training, and career development for quality personnel
- Allocate resources, assign work, and maintain an effective business rhythm
- Implement and monitor the quality management system and metrics program
- Manage risk, opportunities, cost commitments, and ensure product acceptance per program requirements
- Develop and set up Quality systems and processes in new environment
Key requirements- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Bachelor in STEM or equivalent education/experience
- Supplier Quality Engineering experience with quality standards and work instructions
- Experience applying AS9100 / ISO 9001 QMS requirements
- Hands-on hardware inspection and rework experience
- Proven RCCA/A3/5-Why/Fishbone problem-solving leadership
- Experience with nonconformance management, corrective actions, audits
- Knowledge of SPC and trend/capability analysis
- Ability to read engineering drawings and contractual requirements
- Cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues and drive closure
