Overview

As an SAP Solutions Architect, you will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations for supply chain, manufacturing, and operations. You will design scalable architectures that integrate IBP with S/4HANA and coordinate across finance, procurement, and production. You'll define blueprints, roadmaps, and data migration strategies to enable a cohesive, high-performance SAP ecosystem. Your leadership will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure solutions meet business goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business process analysis workshops with manufacturing, QA, procurement, and planning stakeholders
  • Evaluate requirements and craft integrated SAP solutions for customers
  • Design and oversee SAP IBP-S/4HANA integration, covering ATP/GATP, inventory, and master data flows; contribute ABAP knowledge
  • Develop robust SAP supply chain architectures and detailed implementation roadmaps
  • Configure and customize core SAP modules (Master Data, MRP, Shop Floor Control, Repetitive Manufacturing, Capacity Planning)
  • Ensure integration between MM, SD, and FI/CO with planning and operations
  • Develop data migration strategies for master/transaction data from legacy systems
  • Create detailed documentation (functional specs, process flows, configuration guides, end-user training)
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of SAP Solution Architecture experience in multiple full-cycle implementations
  • Expertise in core SAP S/4HANA functional areas with sizing, design, install, upgrade, and migration experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules: Finance, MM, PP, QM, SD, PLM, APO; plus ABAP development
  • Experience designing/operating integration between SAP modules and planning systems
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership experience mentoring cross-functional teams
  • SAP certifications (preferred) such as Production Planning & Manufacturing or Quality Management with SAP S/4HANA
