Overview In this 12-month rotational program, you gain on-the-job leadership and management experience within Newrez, focusing on governance, compliance, and process improvement. You will rotate through Homeowner Advocacy, Internal Audit, and Originations Compliance, receiving mentorship and real responsibilities that prepare you for a management role. The program starts July 2027 and combines hands-on work with formal training and certifications. You'll contribute to optimizing processes while building cross-functional collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities- Investigate regulatory outcomes and draw actionable conclusions
- Perform duties under guidance to learn management-focused responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and recommend changes to leadership
- Rotate across line and staff functions to understand policies and practices
- Observe experienced staff to learn methods, procedures, and standards
- Champion Process Improvement and apply tools to complete projects
- Attend training and attain certifications
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis
- Ability to adapt and willingness to learn
- Entrepreneurial business mindset
- Strong collaboration and team-oriented skills
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work under deadlines
- Strong skills in Excel and/or Tableau; PowerPoint and Visio a plus
