Overview In this role you partner with multiple business units to align HR strategy with business goals, delivering value through coaching, organizational design, and people programs. You act as a trusted advisor to leaders, drive HR transformation and continuous improvement, and oversee employee relations, performance, and talent processes. You'll collaborate with HR COEs to provide solutions across recruiting, compensation, benefits, and development, shaping an engaged, high-performing workforce. This is a strategic, impact-focused partner role in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Partner with business units to integrate HR strategy with business plans
- Serve as primary HR contact for units, leveraging HR COEs to deliver solutions (recruiting, compensation, benefits, training)
- Provide coaching on routine and complex HR matters with data-driven responses
- Drive HR Transformation/Continuous Improvement with leaders to optimize ER, compensation, recruiting, and talent
- Assist in organizational design, career paths, and succession planning for non-exempt populations
- Support performance management lifecycle, development plans, and talent reviews
- Investigate employee relations issues and manage end-to-end ER processes with leadership and legal escalation as needed
- Contribute to workforce strategy development and aggressive talent hiring
- Perform and guide compensation review decisions and change management
- Consult on HR best practices across relations, compensation, performance, recruiting, and leadership
- Analyze HR trends to define root causes and action plans with business leaders
- Support remote team coordination and HR consulting initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Key requirements- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR-related discipline
- Master's Degree is a plus
- HR Certification is a plus
- Experience as HR Business Partner or Organizational Effectiveness
- Knowledge of HR policies and regulatory requirements (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO)
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-year HC strategy
- Experience with organization design, career mapping, talent reviews and succession planning
- Strong coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with HR Information Systems and recruitment/talent processes
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HR platforms (preferred)
- Ability to manage sensitive information with diplomacy
