Overview

In this role, you lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide transformational change. You will shape the change narrative with senior leaders and enable sustained adoption across functions and geographies. You'll assess impact, risk, and readiness, work with communications, and develop interventions that realize value. This role sits in the Change Management CoE and partners to drive high-impact transformations, including the CBS program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change management strategy and execution for enterprise-wide transformational initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders to define the change narrative, actions, and adoption strategy from design to sustainment
  • Conduct enterprise change impact, risk, and readiness assessments to inform prioritization and mitigation
  • Collaborate with communications on stakeholder messaging and needs
  • Develop and deliver interventions to support effective adoption of the future state
  • Identify resistance sources and work with leaders to develop mitigation strategies
  • Coach leaders and project teams on effective change leadership and decision-making
  • Measure adoption and effectiveness using outcome-based KPIs and translate insights into action
  • Align change plans to enterprise standards, tools, and governance established by the CoE
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience leading change management for complex, enterprise-level initiatives
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders on large-scale transformations
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies and applied enterprise change practices
