Overview In this role you will shape and execute the people strategy for a growing organization in South Florida. You will lead the full HR function, partnering with leadership to align talent, rewards, compliance, and employee experience with business goals. You'll drive scalable people programs and governance, while preserving a high-performing, agile culture. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines strategy, operations, and people-first execution to enable growth and organizational resilience.
Responsibilities- Create and lead an HR roadmap aligned with immediate priorities and long-term business goals
- Design scalable people policies, governance standards, and operating practices for a growing business
- Build talent development programs to enhance capability and leadership readiness
- Direct compensation and benefits strategies, including market analysis, job architecture, incentives, and annual pay planning
- Oversee HR technology and infrastructure, platform assessment, integration, automation, data quality, and reporting
- Provide payroll leadership with accurate processing, compliance, controls, and coordination with finance and external providers
- Establish a consistent onboarding approach to immerse new hires in culture and ways of working
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, conflicts, investigations, and corrective action
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and update HR policies and handbooks to reduce risk
