Overview In this role you guide large-scale transformations as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping adoption and sustainable outcomes. You lead client engagements, drive market development, and advance the Change Management practice. You will blend executive advisory, change leadership, and practice-building to grow the firm's presence. You'll work across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value and transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities- Lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives (change management, finance transformation, operating model redesign, shared services, process improvement, technology implementations)
- Advise executives on organizational impacts, adoption risks, and transformation strategies
- Lead executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to align stakeholders and drive outcomes
- Design and implement change management strategies to maximize adoption and value
- Apply leading methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges) across client engagements
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement
- Ensure delivery excellence across multiple client engagements
- Contribute to practice growth through business development and relationship management
- Identify opportunities within existing and prospective clients; support proposals and sales pursuits
- Develop thought leadership and market offerings to enhance change management capabilities
- Serve as executive relationship lead for key engagements
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams; support recruiting and capability-building
- Define and monitor adoption, readiness, engagement, and benefits realization metrics
- Evaluate outcomes and continuously improve methodologies and delivery approaches
Key requirements- 12+ years of experience leading organizational change, transformation, or consulting initiatives
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs
- Demonstrated success developing client relationships and supporting business development
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a consulting or professional services environment
- Ability to travel up to 50% in Canada and US
