Overview In this role you drive strategic, high-quality talent acquisition for partner and non-partner roles across practice groups. You collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing with business needs, lead lateral hiring efforts, and design programs that elevate the candidate experience. You manage offers, onboarding logistics, and compliance while shaping employer branding and recruitment processes. You will partner with several teams to deliver an exceptional, integrated hiring journey that supports the firm's strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies
- Lead lateral hiring for partner and non-partner roles within assigned practice groups
- Assess candidates with structured methods ensuring quality and stakeholder focus
- Design and implement recruitment programs and communication strategies
- Conduct interviews and manage offers and negotiations
- Oversee new hire/rehire screening, background checks, and compliance
- Collaborate with digital marketing on recruitment-related social media to enhance employer brand
- Coordinate interviews, relocation, bar exam assistance, and onboarding logistics
- Maintain stakeholder engagement with proactive updates and feedback gathering
- Support summer programs in partnership with Student Recruitment Manager
- Provide market insights on compensation and development to leadership
- Oversee recruitment administration, data integrity, audits, and referrals
- Manage full requisition lifecycle (creation to closure) and recruitment events
- Deliver reporting and insights to HR and business leaders
- Manage recruiting budgets and resources
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and workforce planning
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Excellent written and oral communication in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of US visa processes and requirements
- Creative and detail-oriented problem solver
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- 5 years of recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
