Lead Global Architect - AI Solutions

Overview

In this role, you will lead design and delivery of enterprise-class solutions spanning cloud, on prem, data, and AI capabilities. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners to define architecture for robust, scalable systems that support business goals. You'll shape architectural artifacts, govern standards, and guide project execution across the SDLC. The opportunity puts you at the center of modernization, data governance, and security within a global financial services organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects, software, data, cloud, and security engineers, and product owners to define solution designs for Cloud and On-Premises infrastructure and tools
  • Create architectural artifacts that are robust, reusable, scalable, and secure using approved standards and reference architectures
  • Follow best practices for architecture artifacts, maintain standards, and contribute to the architecture repository to enable reuse
  • Act as architecture advisor during build, test, deploy, and operate stages of the SDLC
  • Keep pace with advances in solution architecture and evaluate new technologies for business applicability
  • Provide and receive feedback on architectural artifacts to enable continuous improvement
  • Design APIs and data delivery services to support operational processes, analytical models, and ML applications
  • Manage stakeholder communication and present complex concepts clearly
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience
  • Solution Architecture and platform certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft)
  • Eight years of experience in technology solution design, software engineering, and agile/waterfall methodologies
  • Four years of experience architecting and administering complex architectures in on premises and cloud environments
  • Strong analytical, critical and strategic thinking and execution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and deliver successful project outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
