Overview In this role you will lead residential new custom construction projects, manage multi-project portfolios, and oversee client and subcontractor relationships from pre-construction through completion. You will ensure site safety, scheduling, and production while controlling budgets and costs. The position focuses on delivering semi-custom to custom homes with a hands-on leadership approach and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities- Lead and manage residential construction projects (8-10 simultaneously)
- Oversee subcontractor/vendor negotiations and relationships
- Coordinate sub-selection, contracts, safety, and scheduling through project completion
- Maintain project budgets and monitor job costs
- Develop site plans and oversee job site development and production
- Ensure high-quality client communications and owner satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes
- Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Manage risk and problem-solve to keep projects on time and within budget
Key requirements- 5+ years of proven experience in residential New Construction project leadership
