Overview

In this role you own end-to-end design, development, and execution of complex predictive modeling initiatives, from problem framing to deployment readiness and ongoing risk assessment. You lead diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven decisions and mentor junior colleagues. You ensure data quality for modeling and translate business needs into analytic solutions, collaborating with senior leadership to shape hypotheses and deliver actionable insights. You drive scalable modeling practices and communicate findings to business leaders, contributing to cross-functional initiatives in advanced analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end predictive modeling initiatives from problem formulation to deployment and monitoring
  • Lead diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven decisions
  • Develop and compare alternative model approaches to advance capabilities
  • Mentor junior data scientists and analysts
  • Ensure data quality standards for modeling, diagnose data issues, and document assumptions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business requests into analytic approaches
  • Guide model evaluation, validation, and monitoring strategies with expert judgment
  • Contribute as a technical voice on cross-functional analytics initiatives
  • Build reusable tools, frameworks, and shared resources for efficiency and scalability
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations with actionable recommendations
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience in data science or analytical roles
  • Strong experience with statistical and machine learning methods
  • Experience with large language models, knowledge graphs, and generative AI
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and AI services/tools
