Overview In this role you partner with Investment business units to translate people strategy into practical HR solutions that drive business outcomes. You will act as a liaison between HR and senior leaders, ensuring flawless execution of HR programs while shaping talent, organizational design, and change initiatives. You'll lead thought leadership on people analytics, diversity, and leadership effectiveness, supporting a global, matrix organization. Responsibilities- Provide human capital advice to managers and leaders; translate business strategy into HR actions
- Lead root-cause analyses of people issues and inform data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with Finance to supply financial analysis for people decisions
- Support organizational restructuring with impact analyses and implementation plans
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion programs aligned to business strategy
- Coach leaders on performance, development, feedback, and talent management
- Design and execute change management and organizational design initiatives
- Identify talent gaps and partner on targeted development plans with Learning and Development
- Translate business needs into pragmatic HR solutions across talent management, workforce planning, and compensation cycles
- Advise on complex employee relations issues and stay current on employment legislation
- Navigate global, matrix environments and manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
- Understand HR policy and best practices to guide managers
Key requirements- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in financial services or asset management
- Bachelor's degree; PHR preferred
- Demonstrated experience partnering with managers on people and organizational issues
- Experience advising and influencing managers on complex employee matters
- Proven track record leading change management efforts
- Comfort working in a global matrix organization and supporting global clients
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and delivering practical HR solutions
- Experience analyzing HR data and presenting insights to leadership
- Strong business acumen and understanding of investment management
- Expert knowledge across HR functions (compensation, benefits, organizational development, talent, employee relations)
- HR systems proficiency, especially PeopleSoft, plus MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
