Overview In this role you will support planning, execution, and completion of mechanical projects in HVAC and construction. You work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to keep work on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You will help manage documentation, site visits, and progress tracking, contributing to safe, compliant project delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape mechanical projects and grow in a field-facing, outcomes-driven environment.

Responsibilities- Assist in planning and coordinating mechanical projects, including HVAC and piping systems
- Support project managers in monitoring progress and performance metrics
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation for mechanical projects
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role in mechanical or construction
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, piping, and commercial construction practices
