Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end operating model for Recruiting Systems, ensuring reliable data-driven recruiting operations. You will act as a player-coach, turning insights into improvements that boost process adoption, recruiter efficiency, data quality, and compliance. You'll lead change across the TA function, coordinate with IT and vendors, and coach a small team to deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end operating model for Recruiting Systems, including intake, triage, prioritization, escalation, and SLAs
- Establish a steady stakeholder cadence and anchor work to measurable outcomes like process adoption, cycle time, and data quality
- Use recruiting data to improve processes, surface friction points, and partner with TA leaders to prioritize fixes and behavior change
- Maintain reliable run processes for scheduled jobs, integrations, and recurring deliverables; monitor, incident-manage, and coordinate with IT/vendors
- Lead continuous improvement and change delivery: define roadmap, gather requirements, test, release, and document
- Drive change management with stakeholders: align on impacts, readiness, communications, and training
- Partner with TA to enable process adoption and track uptake and outcomes while coaching a team of 2-3
- Ensure privacy, security, and compliance in daily operations and change activities
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience supporting Recruiting Systems (ATS/CRM or HRIS) with focus on operating model, intake, prioritization, and production support
- Experience maintaining reliable operations and partnering with IT/vendors to resolve issues
- Proven change management and process adoption with stakeholders
- Ability to translate insights into clear requirements, communications, training/job aids, and reinforcement; measure outcomes and iterate
- Prior experience leading a small team (2-3 direct reports) with strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
