Overview In this Specialist Director role within KPMG's Federal Advisory practice, you lead ICAM architecture, design, and deployment for federal clients using Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk. You translate mission requirements into technical ICAM roadmaps, oversee identity lifecycle, and drive secure access across cloud and on prem environments. Responsibilities- Architect, design, and deploy ICAM solutions using Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk
- Develop and enforce access control policies aligned with NIST, FICAM, HSPD-12
- Manage full identity lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews
- Integrate ICAM with cloud and on prem environments
- Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives with CyberArk
- Collaborate with federal clients to translate mission requirements into ICAM roadmaps
- Troubleshoot identity federation, SSO, MFA, and directory services issues
- Mentor junior engineers and advise senior leadership
Key requirements- Eight+ years of technical Identity (ICAM) architecture experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with FICAM, HSPD-12, PIV/CAC, NIST SP 800-63
- Experience managing staff and project engagements
- Experience with identity services in AWS, Azure, GCP
- Implementation experience with Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk
- U.S. Government Secret clearance
- Preferred CISSP/GIAC/vendor certifications
