Senior Project Manager, Project & Development Services

Overview

In this role, you will lead project delivery from planning through completion for construction initiatives within PDS. You'll partner with market leadership to refine standards and drive excellence across projects. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to deliver client-focused outcomes. Expect engagement across design, permitting, procurement, and post-construction services to scale best practices. This is an opportunity to shape capital improvements across sites and help Cushman & Wakefield uphold a reputation for effective, value-driven project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Create and maintain Master Project Schedule and monitor critical path
  • Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendor/contractor services
  • Guide design implementation and short-to-medium term planning with stakeholders
  • Lead project kick-off meetings aligning internal teams, client, and design partners
  • Oversee due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement, selection processes, and post-construction services
  • Manage capital improvement programs across multiple sites with local resources
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor/consultant performance
  • Interface with client staff, property managers, and vendors
  • Utilize PDS technology for assigned projects and report issues impacting reputation
  • Identify potential liabilities and risk and escalate to leadership
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Advanced project management skills with understanding of project management business
  • Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate data to clients and teams
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural/engineering drawings and construction concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
