Overview In this role you will oversee and optimise contractual governance across the client and supply chain for a major infrastructure programme. You will work closely with the Client Partner team to ensure obligations flow down through subcontracts and partnerships, while safeguarding commercial risk and performance. You will develop and administer the Subcontractor Management Plan and interface with Legal, Governance, Finance and Executive leadership to support effective contract administration. The position offers the chance to shape how the supply chain delivers value and aligns with programme objectives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day administration of Client Partner supply chain agreements including Initial Subcontractor, teaming and collaboration agreements
- Ensure client obligations under the Head Contract are understood, monitored and flowed down to suppliers
- Maintain compliance with contractual requirements, governance and performance obligations
- Develop and administer the Subcontractor Management Plan with integrated processes and governance
- Manage contract execution, onboarding, obligation, performance, change, risk, record, and close-out processes
- Coordinate supply chain changes, variations, notices, claims in line with subcontract provisions and governance
- Collaborate with Finance, Resourcing and Commercial Leads for integrated contract management and reporting
- Support development of performance measurement frameworks and contractual reporting across the supply chain
- Maintain contractual records and reporting for transparency on performance, compliance, and commercial position
- Interface with Legal, Governance, Finance, Risk and Executive Leadership to support governance and risk management
- Assist in dispute avoidance and resolution involving supply chain partners
- Ensure activities comply with client policies, governance requirements and ethical standards
Key requirements- 10+ years in contract/subcontract management, supply chain or commercial management within complex infrastructure programmes
- Experience administering complex subcontracting arrangements
- Ability to manage flow-down obligations from prime contracts to supply chain partners
- Experience developing subcontractor management frameworks and governance
- Contract administration under consultancy and professional services contracts
- Management of strategic supply chain partner relationships
- Commercial and contractual risk management
- Experience with teaming agreements and collaborative contracting models
