Responsibilities- Assist in delivering Data Science, AI, Analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to execute projects
- Bridge business and technical domains for internal and external use
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and build relationships
- Support sales by contributing to DS & ML opportunities
- Develop and tailor DS/ML/AI/Analytics models for business problems
- Collaborate across Accenture's network with strategy, consulting, and tech teams
- Identify AI use cases, build business case, ROI, and transformation roadmap
- Advise on responsible AI adoption, train users, and track value
- Travel up to 80% as needed
Key requirements- 3+ years in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics
- 3+ years building decision-based frameworks and models
- 1+ year serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance/regulatory function
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of experience)
- Bonus: track record of data-driven solutions; proficiency in Python/R/SQL; experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); cloud platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); big data tech (Hadoop, Spark); data visualization (Tableau, Power BI); strong communication; Master's degree preferred
