In this role you will oversee commercial delivery for data centre, pharma and commercial fit-out projects in Ireland. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain cost control and financial reporting while supporting tendering and procurement. You join a Tier 1 contractor with a strong pipeline and exposure to complex mechanical and electrical systems. • Manage M&E cost plans, budgets and subcontractor packages
• Prepare valuations, variations and financial reports
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure commercial control
• Support tendering, procurement and change management processes

• 5+ years' experience as an M&E QS or Building Services QS
• Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, or commercial projects
• Strong contract knowledge (NEC / FIDIC / RIAI)
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering
