Overview As Senior HR Business Partner, you drive strategic HR partnerships across NASC, shaping leadership development, culture, and employee experience. You balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to optimize people processes, risk management, and scalable solutions. You'll partner with leaders to design talent strategies, build succession pipelines, and leverage data-driven insights and AI tools, while maintaining high-touch support for sensitive matters. Responsibilities- Lead and develop a diverse HR team, elevating them to strategic partners who mitigate organizational risks and deliver exceptional service
- Establish early warning systems and use data insights to proactively identify and mitigate people-related risks
- Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health, driving sustainable HR practices and addressing systemic issues
- Partner with business leadership to develop integrated talent strategies, coaching leaders and building a succession pipeline
- Utilize analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns, inform decisions, and influence senior stakeholders
- Set culture transformation goals with business leaders and implement strategies to strengthen organizational health, leadership, and DEI initiatives
- Drive strategic adoption of HR technology to increase efficiency while preserving high-touch human support for sensitive matters
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing)
