Overview As a CPU Performance Architect at NVIDIA, you will push microarchitectural innovations to boost CPU performance. You'll work within the CPU Performance Architecture team in Santa Clara to evaluate and implement high-impact improvements and coordinate with build, verification, and post-silicon teams. Your work will tackle timing, power, and area challenges while advocating for design ideas to senior architects. This role offers the chance to shape next-gen CPU capabilities in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key requirements- Deep understanding of brand new CPU microarchitecture and architecture
- Proven track record of CPU microarchitectural innovation across Front End Uarch, Midcore Uarch, and Memory Subsystem Uarch
- Experience in performance modeling, debugging, and demonstrating merit of innovative ideas
- Strong collaboration skills with build and verification teams
- At least 8 years of frontline experience on brand new CPU projects
