Overview In this role you translate architecture into delivery for Accenture's Life Sciences Salesforce practice, leading technical workstreams and ensuring architectural integrity across programs. You'll work with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Life Sciences CRM to tackle multi-workstream complexity and deliver AI-enabled patient and HCP engagement use cases. You'll mentor junior staff, shape data architecture, and contribute to pursuit activities. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale Life Sciences implementations and advance AI-driven CRM solutions.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end solution design across data models, integrations, security, and platform configuration
- Drive Agentforce and AI delivery for patient services and engagement use cases
- Lead Data Cloud implementation tracks: ingestion, identity resolution, unified profile, segmentation, activation
- Design and implement integrations between Data Cloud, CRM, external sources, and Agentforce
- Bridge functional requirements with technical delivery; align stakeholders on design and scope
- Provide technical leadership: design sessions, code reviews, deployment governance, risk management
- Mentor and develop L8 architects and analysts; establish technical standards
- Support pre-sale activities: estimation, scoping, staffing, and RFP architecture sections
- Contribute to practice: accelerators, methodology assets, and AI use case patterns
Key requirements- Minimum 6 years of Salesforce delivery experience with functional and technical roles
- Minimum 2 years as Solution Architect or senior technical lead on at least two end-to-end Salesforce programs
- Minimum 2 years knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation
- Minimum 1 year hands-on Agentforce design and implementation
- Integration experience across CRM, data platforms, and external systems
- Minimum 2 years client-facing consulting leading technical workstreams in Agile/hybrid
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience
