Responsibilities- Partner with engineering and technology teams to advise on product development, system implementation, and robotics initiatives
- Draft, structure, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including technology, supply chain, licensing, and deployment contracts
- Assess legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to technical architecture and program design
- Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing
- Develop and implement practical solutions to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance
Key requirements- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- 5+ years of post-bar admission legal experience
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
