Overview

In this role you manage the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget meet client expectations. You will work with a cross-functional team to develop drawings, manage budgets, and coordinate vendors and approvals. The role combines technical oversight with client relations and project governance to deliver successful outcomes. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where timely, high-quality delivery drives client satisfaction and organizational goals. This is a chance to shape multi-disciplinary projects and contribute to Cushman & Wakefield's facilities development capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Define scope of work and develop master project budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs; review change orders and invoices
  • Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure project documentation and drawings are progressed across phases
  • Monitor project performance against targets and maintain high standards of work quality and file integrity
  • Advise management on organizational changes, budget implications and required expenditures beyond approved budgets
  • Ensure regular progress updates to building management and clients
  • Read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and construction specifications
  • Autonomously manage complete projects from inception to completion
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Solid project management skills with understanding of project management business
  • Experience in client relations and consulting
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Provides guidance to junior staff
  • Experience with analysis and reporting
