Overview In this role, you will drive client relationships and growth by outlining strategies, assembling teams, and delivering KJ's services efficiently. You will contribute to project delivery and financial performance by enhancing operations and overseeing multiple projects. You'll lead client service teams and manage engagements from proposal to delivery, working closely with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities- Lead new business pursuits and achieve sales targets by cultivating client and partner relationships
- Oversee project delivery to meet scope, schedule, and budget while optimizing efficiency
- Direct client service teams, coordinating resources to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Act as Deputy Project Manager or Project Manager, owning scope, schedule, and budget under guidance
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and strategy; collaborate with Marketing & Proposals for business development
Key requirements- 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering consulting experience with proven business development success
- PE license required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong client service skills and ability to manage relationships and client needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and research abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to travel within Northern California and to Kennedy Jenks offices as needed
