Overview In this role you will support Greenberg Traurig's Global Real Estate Practice from Denver, handling sophisticated commercial real estate deals across acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development. You will take ownership of transactions, work with a cross firm client base, and contribute to a holistic deal approach. Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate complex contracts for real estate transactions
- Lead and manage real estate deals with minimal supervision
- Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, joint ventures and development projects
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to drive transaction outcomes
- Support investment fund-related real estate work is a plus
Key requirements- 4-7 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to run transactions with little oversight
- Excellent academic background
- Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills
