Overview In this role you support commissioning readiness, turnover, startup, testing, and closeout for selected projects. You will work within the Critical Infrastructure team to coordinate documentation, readiness reviews, and system startup prerequisites. You'll manage issue logs, prepare turnover packages, and track progress for the Project Director of Construction. This position blends coordination across construction, commissioning, and operations to ensure operational readiness and compliance with client requirements. It's a hands-on, cross-functional role with impact on project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Develop and administer commissioning readiness trackers and turnover planning
- Coordinate commissioning documentation and readiness reviews
- Support witnessed testing and maintain issue/punchlist logs
- Report commissioning progress to the Project Director of Construction
- Review completion documentation and turnover materials for contract compliance
- Coordinate with Document Control to ensure indexed commissioning records
- Identify and report deficiencies and readiness gaps and support corrective actions
- Operate in a support/coordination role without directing contractor means or methods
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, turnover, or closeout on complex facilities projects
- Ability to manage readiness trackers, issue logs, and turnover packages
