Overview As a Project Manager, you direct and coordinate industrial construction activities with a focus on power and industrial facilities. You lead project engineers, superintendents, and foremen to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. You liaise with clients and agencies, manage resources, and drive project performance across water/wastewater plants, factories, and data centers. Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate project activities across engineers, superintendents, and foremen
- Establish objectives, plans, and performance standards aligned with policy
- Assign duties, recruit personnel, and set staffing for each phase
- Monitor progress, adjust schedules and budgets, and prepare reports for management and clients
- Provide technical guidance and resolve issues with project staff
- Coordinate with governmental agencies and subcontractors
- Analyze CPM-based schedules and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence
- Represent the company in Owner progress meetings and manage contract profitability
- Lead daily field coordination, weekly block schedule meetings, and monthly safety kickoff
- Mentor and develop team members; perform additional duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 8+ years of construction, design, finance, and management experience
- PE credentialing not required but a strong plus
- Open to other large construction experience
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Business-oriented mindset
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with others
- Understanding of safety laws and company policies
- CPM-based project scheduling and schedule management
- Budgeting and financial oversight of contracts
