Overview

In this role, you will drive end-to-end technical recruiting for top technologists across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering, and ML. You'll partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams to build strong pipelines, shape candidate experiences, and advance a diverse, high-performing workforce. You'll contribute to recruiting strategy, lead candidate conversations, and help embed a culture of learning and integrity. Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle, technical recruiting to deliver qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to plan and execute hiring strategies
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through direct sourcing and referrals
  • Conduct intake conversations, assessments, and offer process with candidates
  • Create compelling messaging to attract top tech talent and communicate the value proposition
  • Participate in recruiting-related projects (system design, reporting, assessment) and support recruiting strategy
  • Support diverse hiring practices and foster an inclusive recruiting process
  • Coordinate and execute candidate experiences across interview days, events, and cultivation activities
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience in large organizations
  • Experience leading technical recruiter screens across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering, and Machine Learning Engineer roles
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent time management in a complex, largely autonomous environment
  • Willingness to travel and work in-person as needed
  • Ability to operate office equipment and handle materials when required
