Overview In this role you drive the development of offensive and defensive cyberspace capabilities within RTX BBN's NCT efforts. You will lead rapid prototyping, integrate research into operational tools, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for DoD/IC customers. You'll work on EW-enabled cyber, cyber-enabled EW, and resilient cyber-physical systems, shaping strategic proposals and research directions. This is a chance to contribute to national security objectives in a collaborative, state-of-the-art research environment.

Responsibilities- Research, develop, and implement innovative cyber techniques for offensive/defensive capabilities
- Rapid prototyping of software solutions
- Apply software engineering practices to integrate research outputs into tools and systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
- Participate in laboratory and field tests for data collection and demonstrations
- Support proposal writing and win-theme development
- Travel as required for project work
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
- Experience writing and reviewing classified government research funding proposals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills on technical topics
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++
- Ability to understand and apply complex technical concepts
- Capacity to develop novel concepts for RTX BBN's customer base
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
