Overview In this role you lead daily operations of a large site or multiple sites, directing a sizable team to deliver print services on time and within budget. You will manage contracts, vendor relationships, and service levels while developing talent and maintaining customer-focused operations. You'll drive cost reductions, quality, and process improvements in a high-performance environment. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of a large print production site or multi-site network
- Manage vendor relationships and production timelines to meet SLA targets
- Lead staffing, recruitment, onboarding, development, succession planning, and performance management
- Ensure adherence to quality standards across offset, digital, and large-format printing
- Drive cost reductions without compromising quality and service levels
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture and effective change management
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other units to resolve pricing, orders, and invoicing issues
- Prepare and present site reports, business reviews, and customer-facing communications
- Support site audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize Ricoh Service Excellence tools to improve operational quality and efficiency
- Engage in regular customer feedback loops and action plans to enhance satisfaction
Key requirements- 5+ years in a related field (B2B and/or technical)
- 2+ years of managerial experience preferred
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience
- Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, large-format) and prepress software
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and color calibration practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High level knowledge of technology and internal systems (Off 360, MS, BIS)
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize conflicting demands
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
