Overview In this role you drive the Women's Sweaters assortment end-to-end, combining retail intuition with data-driven decisions to fuel growth. You will lead cross-functional teams from product development to marketing, shaping a high-performing collection that balances quality and value. You'll identify expansion opportunities and partner across planning, sourcing, and site merchandising to optimize performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities- Scale and refine the Women's Sweaters assortment
- Identify expansion opportunities for long-term growth
- Collaborate with production development, sourcing and technical design to develop and improve products
- Partner with planning, site merchandising and marketing to grow the business
- Ensure high quality and competitive pricing to delight customers
- Drive toward sales targets, improved customer ratings/return rates, and margins
Key requirements- 5-10 years of retail merchandising in Women's Sweaters, preferably luxury
- E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred
- Demonstrated progression and growth in roles
- Product-obsessed with experience leveraging data tools and external data sources
- Strong ability to anticipate customer needs (science and art of retail)
- Highly organized, analytical, execution-focused, and process-improvement oriented
- Continuous learner, curious, proactive when adapting to challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
