- Architect a researcher engagement strategy with academic labs and consortia

Key requirements- PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, Computational Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of industry and research experience, with 4+ years in people management in developer relations or related areas
- Deep technical proficiency in foundational AI and AI for science applications
- Proven ability to engage senior research stakeholders with credibility and strategic intent
- Strong track record of driving platform adoption through enablement and cross-functional collaboration
