Responsibilities- Create and manage a strategic end-to-end recruiting process from needs assessment to retention
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while filling roles with the right talent
- Consult with leadership to establish long-range talent plans
- Hire and manage internal and external recruiters as needed
- Design and implement a global sourcing strategy to attract passive and active candidates
- Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment documentation
- Lead employer branding initiatives and manage the company's employer brand
- Integrate TA with onboarding to ensure a successful candidate experience and retention
- Bring fresh ideas to advance the TA strategy and vision
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a track record of attracting and retaining top talent
- Experience recruiting creative talent is a major plus
- Hands-on approach with comfort working in small, scrappy teams
- Strong ability to identify and place the right candidates for roles
