Overview In this role you will guide clients through defining and modeling business processes and designing architecture to improve operations. You will work within a management consulting context, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and validated IT solutions. You'll oversee RLM administration and contribute to development, configuration, and deployment activities, ensuring solutions meet client needs. The position involves project and talent management and regular travel to client sites. You will help shape delivery in a fast-paced IT consulting environment and drive measurable impact for customers.
Responsibilities- Contribute to business process consulting and architecture/design detailing of processes
- Administer RLM systems
- Develop, configure, evaluate, validate, and deploy IT solutions
- Engage in project and talent management
- Participate in project management activities and travel to client sites
Key requirements- At least 5 years of business process consulting experience
- At least 3 years of RLM administration experience
- At least 3 years of development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation/deployment experience
- Analytical and communication skills
- Experience in project and talent management
- Willingness to travel for client work
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, with 7+ years of IT experience as an alternative
