Responsibilities- Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, retirement)
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly
- Respond to employee questions about eligibility, coverage, claims, and options
- Support open enrollment activities, communications, and benefits education initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee benefit records and documentation
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues
- Review benefits data for accuracy and assist with audits and reporting
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and policy compliance
