Responsibilities- Plan and control project costs to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate maintenance and inspections for regulatory and policy compliance
- Analyze architectural drawings and product specifications
- Process invoices and analyze operating statements
- Prepare annual and project budgets and report financial performance
- Manage on-site staff, vendor and contractor relationships
- Address complaints, violations, and problems as they arise
Key requirements- Bachelor
- 7-10 years of experience related to Retail and Commercial Office Development
- Excellent communicator and ability to scope and juggle multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Clear understanding of the commercial construction process
- Experience with Workday, Excel, Construction Software, Prolog, Procure & Microsoft Project or equivalent
