Overview In this role you will transform property data into actionable insights that support compliance and operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop metrics, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions for property management processes. You will design interactive dashboards, ensure data quality, and automate reporting to improve efficiency. This position offers the chance to influence government-regulated property operations and contribute to a mission-driven team. You will operate onsite across several locations, including Tucson, and interact with leadership to deliver timely insights.

Responsibilities- Deliver technical data solutions and perform performance analysis to inform decisions
- Develop, implement, and optimize KPIs for property management aligned with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and reporting
- Design interactive dashboards using Tableau to track property management KPIs
- Enforce data quality standards for reported property data
- Identify trends and opportunities from property data and present insights to management
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Automate reporting processes to streamline data collection and analysis
- Ensure compliance with government data governance, privacy, and security protocols
- Collaborate with technology teams on system solutions and enhancements
Key requirements- University degree or equivalent experience with minimum five years of relevant work, or advanced degree with minimum three years
- Experience with data analysis, database architecture, or building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
