Responsibilities- Structuring and negotiating development and investment agreements
- Advising on residential, mixed-use, and community development projects with multiple funding sources
- Guiding clients through incentive-based financing and public-private funding opportunities

Key requirements- Juris Doctor from a highly regarded law school (Top 30)
- Active license to practice law in California
