Integration Architect (Adobe)

In this role you design and implement scalable integrations and automations to enable data-driven decisions and streamlined content workflows for enterprise clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to connect critical business platforms and optimize content supply chains within a broader digital transformation. • Design and implement enterprise integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion; connect Workfront with platforms like Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM Sites and Assets, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and other SaaS solutions
• Develop scalable system architectures enabling seamless data flow, process automation, content workflows, and collaboration
• Configure Workfront Fusion to automate project/workflow tasks and link campaign briefs, personas, timelines, and product messaging; support AEM content delivery and asset management; improve end-to-end content supply chain efficiency
• Partner with clients to assess business needs, translate requirements into integration architectures, and provide strategic guidance aligned with goals
• Advise on integration strategies to optimize content supply chains and support broader digital transformation
• Develop and execute integration testing plans to validate data integrity and readiness for deployment
• Integrate Workfront with AEM, generative AI tools, and other platforms to improve content creation and PLM/ALM workflows
• Collaborate with technical, creative, and customer success teams to deliver effective solutions and incorporate client feedback into continuous improvements

• 6+ years in technical development, architecture, or leadership with cross-platform workflow and automation experience in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience building enterprise integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion or other iPaaS (Make, Workato, MuleSoft)
• Experience integrating Workfront, AEM, Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Bynder, Optimizely, Sitecore with third-party SaaS
• Knowledge of Workfront architecture (Workfront Proof, Planning, workflow automation, AEM integrations) preferred
• Deep understanding of iPaaS and SaaS integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, webhooks, auth, common data formats)
• Consulting and communication skills (requirements gathering, workshops, stakeholder presentations, documentation)
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform; AWS preferred
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field is a plus
• Adobe Workfront Fusion certification preferred; willingness to obtain after joining
