Responsibilities- Prepare scopes of work and budgets
- Conduct studies, prepare reports, and read/develop construction plans and specs
- Lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate with subconsultants
- Manage deliverables, budgets, and schedules; resolve issues
- Ensure QA/QC aligns with client expectations, Halff standards, and codes
- Support construction administration and permitting efforts
Key requirements- 3+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater large-diameter pipeline design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Proficiency in studies, reports, and construction plans/specifications
