Overview In this role you will own end-to-end recruitment across functions, partnering with hiring managers to design effective search strategies and provide an exceptional candidate experience. You'll manage interview coordination, TA analytics, and process improvements within a lean People Team to ensure timely, high-quality hires. The position blends strategic sourcing with hands-on operations, driving scalable hiring practices in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, partnering with managers to define profiles and interview plans
- Source and engage candidates through outbound and inbound channels; conduct screens evaluating fit and motivation
- Guide candidates and teams through interview processes; coordinate panels and ensure strong candidate experience
- Manage offer development, approvals, and closing; build and maintain talent pipelines
- Own scheduling and coordination of interviews; maintain candidate records, scorecards, and workflows in Ashby
- Collaborate with People Team to transition from offer to preboarding and onboarding, seeking efficiencies and personal touch
- Develop recruiting analytics: dashboards, metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, funnel conversion, etc.), and actionable insights
- Maintain and improve recruiting documentation, templates, and processes; identify automation opportunities
- Support compliance and scalable practices; drive continuous improvement across recruiting workflows
Key requirements- 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting operations
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions/levels; tech company experience a plus
- Strong sourcing skills and proactive talent engagement
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor
- Excellent candidate assessment and interview skills; strong communication and attention to detail
- Experience handling recruiting coordination and interview logistics independently
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience using applicant tracking systems; Ashby preferred
- Experience building ATS reports, dashboards, and funnel analyses
- Organizational and project-management excellence; ability to manage multiple searches
- Discretion with confidential information; ability to work independently in a lean team
