Overview As the senior HR executive, you will lead Human Resources, Employee Health, Volunteer Services, and Pastoral Care within Aspirus and its affiliates. You'll help shape the strategic workforce plan to support organizational success, drive leadership development, and foster a high-trust, collaborative culture. You'll represent Aspirus in community and industry leadership while ensuring a patient-centered work environment. This role offers visibility at the Corporate Executive Council level and impact across multiple entities.

Responsibilities- Serve as senior executive for HR, Employee Health, Volunteer Services, and Pastoral Care across Aspirus and subsidiaries
- Guide the development and execution of manpower plans aligned with organizational strategy
- Create work environments that support recruitment, retention, development, and patient satisfaction
- Participate in community leadership and business organizations to realize Aspirus presence
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives for the healthcare delivery system
- Oversee staff in HR and Employee Health; provide direction to Volunteer Services and Pastoral Care management
- Demonstrate strong communication, coaching, mediation, and collaboration to build trust and manage ambiguity
Key requirements- Eight to ten years in human resources with at least five years in executive/management roles in a multi-organizational corporate environment
- Experience in healthcare, labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, retention, organizational design, and management development
- Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources Administration, or Organizational Resources
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is beneficial
