Global CT Training Manager (Cleveland)

In this role you shape the CT learning ecosystem to enable a high-performing sales and CT specialist team. You will own the learning strategy, curriculum, and governance, collaborating with marketing and training teams to close knowledge gaps and accelerate product launches. You translate complex CT content into engaging, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences and drive readiness and adoption across the field. • Own CT learning strategy, curriculum architecture, governance, and competency model; manage the CT training calendar aligned to onboarding, launches and development.
• Identify field capability gaps with Downstream Marketing and Sales to design integrated learning plans; balance virtual, in-person and self-directed formats.
• Oversee training operations and deployment, including platforms, scheduling, facilitation, assessments, readiness standards and records; drive continuous improvement.
• Design engaging learning experiences using instructional design and adult learning principles; ensure transfer of knowledge to customer-facing situations.
• Lead launch readiness and enterprise enablement; collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend CT knowledge to broader sales audiences.

• 5+ years of experience in training, CT and/or sales; proven ability to lead learning programs from strategy to execution.
• Understanding of CT products, clinical or commercial workflows; differentiates for CT Specialists vs. general sales.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in learning, instructional design or project management preferred.
