Remote Law & Motion Attorney

In this role you will support the defense team by drafting and arguing a variety of motions in California civil cases, with emphasis on motions to strike, demurrers, and discovery motions, and occasional dispositive and pretrial motions. You will work closely with a collaborative team at a well-established firm that values work-life balance and long-term careers. • Draft motions to strike, demurrers, and discovery motions
• Occasionally draft dispositive and pretrial motions
• Argue the motions you draft

• 5+ years of California civil litigation experience
• California-licensed attorney
• strong writing skills

• ability to manage a high billable workload (1800 hours)
