Overview In this role you help shape and optimize business processes within IT services. You will work closely with clients to define problems, design process architectures, and oversee deployment. The position blends consulting with hands-on development and project management, often requiring travel. You'll operate within a management consulting environment, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and ensuring successful delivery.
Responsibilities- Define and architect business processes to meet client needs
- TFS and Quality Center administration
- Development, configuration, and evaluation of solutions with deployment
- Demonstrate analytical and communication strengths in project contexts
- Oversee project and talent management, with emphasis on delivery
- Engage in project management activities and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Travel as required by client engagements
Key requirements- Bachelor or foreign equivalent; progressive experience in lieu of education
- At least 7 years of IT experience
- 5+ years in business process consulting and problem definition
- Experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation/deployment
