Overview As a Mission Critical Project Architect, you guide all aspects of project document development for large, complex data centers and related facilities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and quality goals. You will partner with Project Managers to sustain project financial health, quality, and collaboration, while leading technical design development. This role sits within a collaborative, employee-owned firm pursuing sustainability and innovation at scale. You will mentor staff and drive architectural solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead design disciplines to develop technical solutions
- Mentor architectural staff
- Oversee professional practice from concept through close-out
- Present ideas in team settings and manage self-motivated work in a creative environment
- Maintain high-level technical proficiency in drawings production
- Lead adherence to practice standards across the project
- Supervise design and technical development
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineers in conceptual project documents
Key requirements- 10+ years as a Project Architect
- 5+ years on Data Center projects
- Understanding of design and construction processes and cross-discipline communication
- Proficiency in REVIT and CAD modeling/rendering software
- Ability to travel occasionally
