Property Manager

As a Property Manager in a growing real estate company, you will oversee day-to-day operations for mixed-use properties and act as the on-site leader. You will coordinate maintenance, leasing, and vendor activities while guiding staff and ensuring community standards. Your work supports planned growth and expansion of the portfolio through proactive management and strong tenant relations. • Manage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination for assigned communities
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards
• Oversee property performance and optimization
• Oversee marketing and leasing activities
• Serve as main point of contact for tenants
• Supervise all property staff

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of property or community association management experience
• Strong communication, organization, and budgeting skills
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., TOPS, AppFolio, Buildium)
