Overview In this role you will lead retail construction projects within a national program, guiding site activities from design through closeout. You'll collaborate with client stakeholders and internal leadership to align with program objectives, manage risks, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will work hands-on on-site and coordinate with GC's, engineers, and vendors to realize design intent. This position offers high-impact work on high-profile retail projects and requires proactive, detail-focused leadership.

Responsibilities- Coordinate multiple retail construction projects from design development through handover
- Manage general contractors, architects, engineers and vendors to ensure program alignment
- Review design packages for constructability and identify cost, schedule, and quality risks with recommendations
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and program reporting
- Lead on-site activities ensuring safety, quality, and design intent
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regional regulations across US
- Foster strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor in client-facing environment
- Support additional SOX controls where applicable
- Interface with authorities, developers on site development issues (utilities, permits) and review product data submittals
- Coordinate with commissioning team during plan development and execution
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, and project documentation in client systems
- Support commissioning and handover to operations, review contractor schedules and progress
- Attend status, owner, architect and contractor meetings and report on progress
- Coordinate with cost, scheduling, and document control for reporting and documentation loading
- Support issue tracking, punch lists, and coordination with A/E and GC during construction phase
- Assist with in-process and final inspection activities and acceptance tests
Key requirements- Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience
- Retail or commercial interiors project experience preferred
- Experience delivering projects from preconstruction/design through completion
- Experience working across multiple projects or program environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management in client-facing roles
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel across the United States
